Morning all, its 9 degrees here in Michigan and I look out my window to see people on the lake with their fishing shanties(sp?). I like to fish but those guys are nuts.

I hate our medical system. I've got an ear infection. It's not the first time, I use to get them all the time when I was younger and did a lot of scuba diving so I know what to do, but needed a script for the medication. 3 1/2 hours to sit in a doctors office on top of the appointment being about in the middle of the day so basically it my whole day revolved around getting a script for ear drops. Anyway by 5 pm after my doctor looked in my ear and said "you have an ear infection" I was given a script. Take script over to pharmacy who tells me it is going to be about another hour so I go home to make something to eat and do a little web work. When I finally get around to going over to the pharmacy I discover that they have closed for the day. Spent all night with my ear hurting since I still do not have my ear drops. Guess I should go pick up my script this morning before my ear infection goes away on its own.

I started that Sought Beach Diet yesterday & this lack of carbs & crunchy food is already killing me! I can eat eggs, but no toast. I can have a salad, but no crutons. I can have coffee, but no sugar (sugar is sorta crunchy - LOL)

210 pounds whern I started yesterday - looking to get down to 180 or so by the time the snow melts :)

Good luck! If you do you'll have to wear one of your T-shirts to MAG II so I can recognize you. :D

I won't know if I'm "losing on it" for a couple of days, but i can tell already I am "losing it" :D

Definitely good to finally be home :)

We came home to over a foot of snow surrounding our house and its a complete white out right now. I am looking across the lake as I type this and can barely see past our backyard. The snow is coming down pretty hard, might be a snowmobiling night :)
