Category type question - public nudity
 

If the content is of somebody out in a public area (like a park or plaza) but there's nobody around at all, does that count as 'Public Nudity' category, or does there have to be other people around?

Being nude outdoors should be enough IMHO

In my opinion, "public nudity" implies being nude in a public place whether there are other people around at the time or not. Being nude in a secluded backyard is nude outdoors but not nude in public.

Ever seen a sponsor promoting that as Public Nudity? :D

Of course not, most don't have a clue what the surfer really wants to see when they're looking for public nudity.

To me it is Public Nudity jast as long as it isn't out in the middle of the ocean or deep in the woods where you know there isn't anyone around. Kinda takes out the public part if your hiding.

I think the turn-on for surfers is the fact that it is in a public place where the possibility of being caught or seen is the issue. Just my .02

Areas designated as public is enough.

Being nude on the beach, in park or plaza is good enough for me.

public nudity to me is 'out door sex' no matter if other passers by are there or not |huh
