Free Site to TGP Galleries

Made a post in the TGP section, but I think this question applies to free sites more.

So i've read that a lot of people submit a free site daily and also submit a gallery to a TGPs. Question is, with the TGP's needing a recip, how do you go about structuring your site for the free site AND gallery?

Would you create your free site, then duplicate your main and couple gallery pages then add recips for the TGPs ??

Little confused here on how to go about doing this right.

So i've been surfing around and I think I get it but please correct me if im wrong.

So I have my free site with warning, main, and gallery1 and 2 pages.

I take gallery1.html and gallery2.html, make copies and add recips to the top about the title. I submit those.

Do I have that right?

i think you almost had it right if i understand what you mean.

hmm... although i think it would be easier if you make a brand new gallery rather than edit gallery1 and 2. but then again, it's just my opinion...

just take 20 pictures or 4 movies that you used on your free site and make a gallery. add the recips on top and submit them to TGP/MGP sites.

15 or 16 pics for a TGP galleries is adequate to get accepted at 99.44% of the TGP's out there. 20 pics can be a bit much to deal with design-wise.

One word of caution. Building an effective TGP gallery is far different than building a free site gallery. On most free sites, you've sold the customer already on the warning page or the main page. On a TGP gallery you just have one page to do it all.

Set up a separate folder - galleries for your TGP submits. You could also set up a separate sub-domain callled galleries.mydomain.com in which you host your galleries for TGP submits. Then its easier to see where your traffic is coming from Tgp vs LL.

I take gallery 1 or 2 from a free site, add a couple of pics if I need to and then rework the whole page so it looks different and sells the sponsor more, add a title, recips, then upload it to a different domain.

yeah, I would build the gallery in a new folder using the same pics and maybe the same layout.

I want to start building galleries as well, but most big tgps now seem to be free/pay partner accounts, can someone tell where can I start without investing a lot of money?

Thanks

some TGPs won't allow submits from subdomains.
