Wow! Just plain WOW!

Can you imagine owning a home that is 10 times the size of a normal house? What if that house was in prime fishing and hunting area as well as near 4-wheeler trails that ran for roughly 1000 miles? No, this house in not in Alaska, but the State of Maine! The home is in the town of Patten, Maine, which is 30 miles from the Canadian border. There is no zoning in the town, so the building can be used for either residential purposes, or converted into a commercial building or turned into a hunting lodge or used for multiple purposes. Valued at well over $1 Million dollars, the family that currently owns the home is moving to Bulgaria and is practically giving the place away for only $170,000! That's right, a 15,400 sq. ft. home for only $170,000!!
The house is not all you get for $170,000 either! Because of the expense of moving overseas, the family has elected to sell the house FULLY FURNISHED! That's right, all the plates, pots, pans, TV's, beds, sofas, tools, you name it, it stays with the house. What is more, 2 vehicles also come with the house!! a Custom 1995 GMC Suburban with color TV, VCR, dual heat, dual stereo systems, remote controls, leather seats, limo lighting - the works, as well as a Volvo station wagon with sunroof, both STAY WITH THE HOUSE!!
Still not enough? OK, there is also a Bio-Diesel manufacturing plant in the basement of the house, where you can make a government grade diesel product for roughly 68 cents a gallon!! The house has a private pond which can be stocked with trout (residence is already licensed by the state for this), dual heating by wood or oil/bio-diesel, a huge yard, new deck off the Master bedroom, and so much more! Care to see some pictures of it? Here they are:

webpimp 2007-06-07 08:56 PM

I kept thinking it was a prank so I read all the way through it. And it wasn't a prank after all. It was a reverse prank.

Bobc01 2007-06-07 09:01 PM

The term "Shack of Crap" comes to mind.

Seems like an odd sales pitch on an adult webmaster board. |thumb

I thought that too and was going to delete the thread. But, sometimes everyone needs to laugh :)

I want to know what this "glow" function does - can you see the text in the dark? |shocking|

Indeed. This is a keeper.

If this is ANYONE'S dream house, I'd hate to see where they are living now.

I love the way they just threw in other photo's with the house with no explanation. A waterfall, some mountains, a road, a babbling brook....

Why not a few more thrown into the mix?
A bird taking flight in the morning sun. The Parthenon at dawn. A block of ice melting in the hot sun. A native American with a tear in his eye.

I also just noticed the little period at the bottom of their post, linked to: http:// fp.icontool.com

"Forum Poster allow you to post any message you want to over 40000 forum boards."

Greenie or jim, you might want to email them and thell them to take you the fuck out of their databse.
Or block them if you can.

Jim 2007-06-08 09:37 AM

Holy shit...I didn't even notice it. No wonder there were 2 of the exact posts with different thread titles in the main forum last night.

They forgot to put "Stephen King lives in Maine" as one of the features.

But with the standing urinal next to them it's the perfect things for my fantasy threesome :)

It is kind of hard to believe that this guy is serious but I think he is. Stupid, but serious.

Jim 2007-06-08 03:02 PM

I think in my second year of drafting back in college, we had to draw our dream house with all the details. I drew a ranch with a huge bathroom that had a full size urinal. Isn't a urinal included in every man's dream bathroom? :)

Unless you're an Aussie and then you just want that big stainless steal troth to piss in because I think they miss everything.

Actually the perfect house would be made of stainless steal with a drain in the middle. After you have a party, you move the furniture out of the room and just hose the entire house down.

No way. What kind of sicko thinks up such things. You really need help Ponygirl. I mean serious help. Like Dr. Ruth or that Match.com Doctor guy help. Maybe even Frazier type help as you really have some sick fantasies running around in your head.

Now 2 toilets and a urinal and then you've got something pretty cool |jester|

Cleo 2007-06-08 03:17 PM

Two toilets and a urinal... where is the bidet?

oldbrad 2007-06-08 09:04 PM

being that the house is supposed to be over 15,000 sq feet and all the pictures look to add up to 200 sq feet, i'm wondering if the other rooms are 50 6x6 bedrooms. All that room and you make the rooms soooo tiny.

Looks like the inside of a 1971 manufactured home mixed with the house Oprah built for the sextuplet family. Side by side toilets, shit.

no no no...shit together |thumb

Useless 2007-06-09 08:36 AM

It looks like an old courthouse or town hall converted into a home. They must have removed the bathroom stalls, hence two toilets and a urinal sitting side by side, like old friends.

You know, there are bathrooms in old barracks like that. Shitting next to someone or across from them becomes no big deal - it's the wiping that seems the most embarrassing.
