I see that many freesites are using fullpage adds on PK.

I have 2 sites listed there but one of them aren´t making anything. I saw that many sites has them, is this legal or are people just throwing them up and keeping fingers crossed not to get banned ?
I see that you can request a new review of your site, but then... Do you put up the fullpage and wait untill they have reviewed it and hope for approval or shoul one make another url and loose PR ???

I haven't read PK's rules in a long time, but if it says no FPA's then I would not even think of using them.

The fact is that a month ago or so I read them and they allow one fullpage, but I wrote them and never got a reply...

Just wondering if anyone have have some hard facts on this ???

From their rules : No more than one full page ad (FPA). FPAs must be on site at the time the listing is submitted

This is pretty standard for all of the LLs that allow FPAs - and yes she still does allow them - but it better not be real slow loading as anything like that that slows down the pages usually gets tossed in my experience.

Adding an FPA is a nono it apprears. But I believe they have a modified link form at the site where you can possibly add it and inform her. If she doesn't like it then she'll kick it but at least you won't get blacklisted.

I think that what you are saying Ramster is a god one. If it´s only burning BW and not making sales it might as well be taken down, making room for one of my newer productions instead...

Sounds like the trick to me. There are many people who remove and add sites every 10 days (up to 3 changes per calendar month) to keep the higher traffic flowing.

There are dozens of legitimate ways to increase sales on a site like that without adding an FPA, starting with refining banner choice and position and reworking the copy in your sales text.

An FPA isn't a magic sales device that works when the rest of your site isn't well tuned to target your selling. I've seen many fpas that sell worse than simpler banners and text.
