It looks like you've named your freesite the same as the sponsor site you're promoting. That's going to cause you some problems.

Looks ok to me. You don't have to have 2257 links on every page. In fact, you can have it as a URL on the warning page only (not even linked), which leaves you with an extra spot for a link out to a sponsor.

2257 links don't count as an outgoing link and out of habit I put it at the bottom of every page anyway. If you use templates and the text is already there you don't have to do anything except change the actual link.

You're allowed three sponsor links/page, use them. Your banners aren't linked, not that that's a killer but if it's there might as well be linked, more to click :D
