Good Morning
Kind of feeling a touch drained today. I have a few things to catch up on and then will be checking in from time to time today.

I pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve in my back yesterday, doing some simple home improvements. Now I have shooting/stabbing pains on the lower right side of my back, and I'm working on figuring out which ways I can move without provoking it. I did have more 'improvements' planned for today, but for now I'm on the couch, watching Driven in Hi-Def and relaxing over morning coffee.

Goooooooood Lucky 7 Morning!

Busy ol' day again. Got a meeting at 7:30 with a guy about his site, then get to work til around lunch. Got to be at the Hard Rock around 2ish for the guitar smash and official grand opening at 3. Should be able to grab an early supper then, before heading to the Kid Rock show at 7. And finally close out the night at the opening of Cindy Crawford and her husband's new club, the Rise, on the top floor of the Hard Rock.

I'm worn out already and have to find a way to squeeze a buzz in there. Ah hell, what's the old expression? There's no time like the present... so fire it up!

May the triple 7's drop a jackpot on everyone today!

Actually up and out early this morning to get all my running done. Played 7.00 at the grocery and came home with 40 so i'd say i'm ahead.

Eagerly awaiting the arrival of company from East.. and then I'll be scarce for the rest of the week.

At least we're having a cold snap.. air temps are only going to get up to 111 today. Must be the breeze flying in from Buffalo. |thumb

777 and my sis arrived to spend a week or two with me, the weather is nice, I am trying to spend as much time with her as possible and she is needy |loony| It will be fun for sure. |thumb
