The site is currently running wordpress with a theme I downloaded via Wpdesigner.com. Has the following plug-ins installed already:
- WP-Autoblog (Easily add content via RSS feeds provided by your sponsors)
- Google Sitemaps (Easily update your sitemap and ping it to google)
- Gallery Stripper (Easily pull images/videos from your sponsors galleries)

Traffic
At first traffic was coming soley from trade's and link partners. Since late last month most traffic has come from search engines and link exchanges. I was using CJ overkill traffic trading script but took trades down. Here are some screenshots

Revenue
Revenue has come from two places, GammaCash and *******Cash. NastyDollars and IncredibleDollars are two other sponsor's I've used but not made sale's with.

The domain is pretty brandable and could get you in rankings for probably just about any keyword related to the Milf niche. I was targeting two main keywords, "Milf Diary" and "Milf Next Door"
