Banner Rotator

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew of any good banner rotators? (keeping in mind that at this point i'm on a VERY tigth budget :)

I hate spamming my sig again but take a look at Geo-Ads PHP. It's an ad rotator specifically designed around geo-targeting. It comes with an ip-to-country database that's regularly updated free of charge and unlike phpAdsNew, you don't have to pay extra for it.
