Hey everyone, well I finished my first free site ever.

A few comments...just cuz I'm like that :D

You can have three ads per page...use them to your benefit. I'd add an ad between the recip table and the warning page on entry. I'd add another ad below the title on your main page and an ad below the pics on both gallery pages.

Don't be afraid to name your interior pages with keyterms specific to the niche. So, your main page could be 'gay-interracial.html' and your galleries could be 'guy-sex.html' and 'guys-fucking.html'...or something along those lines.

Also, take a peek at my thread about Meta Tags Tips, it can't hurt to use them wisely :)

On a side note, you might want to get something on the root of your domain...even if it's a single page with ads on it. Surfers like to snoop around...

The only thing is that my galleries already have 3 "outbound" links. There are the two on the top.. and the one between the thumbs. Or are you suggesting I get rid of one of them on the top?

Ah...missed that on the galleries. It depends on the reviewer...there are some that do indeed count every link (though I think those are fairly few). Most tend to count the intent of the ad space. I would count that upper ad as a single ad space...hence one outbound (even though it does contain 2 hrefs).

For just starting out, you're probably right...leave the galleries as is, and see how it goes |thumb

Well Mr. Yum I think I implemented all of your suggestions. You can check them over if you like. If I don't get any other comments, I'll assume it's good to go and start submitting it right away.

Now the big question is where do I submit my site? I figure the obvious ones.. Penisbot, hoes, link-o-rama, (and your site Mr. Yum).. but what are the other standard ones?

And do you put the link in the table after you've been approved, or before?

Well, that's one of those things that builds over time. Everyone establishes a submit list that works for their build style and traffic needs...which they tweak as they go along. But, being that you're brand new...a place to start is always good :)

Well, I submitted the site.. I wonder if it'll get accepted. Is it hard to get accepted to places like Penisbot, Hoes and Link-o-rama?

Well, I got rejected from Link-o-rama.. and the reason was 'other'.

Where do I post to find out the reason? (that's what it said)

You have a problem with your header on 3 of the 4 pages. The red bg color does not extend to the end of the container. Probably the width of the recip table tossing it on the index and the width of the thumb area on the gallery pages. I didn't check the source code to verify, just a guess.

Your pics are to small for |greenguy| link list and he is in your recip table.

Strange.. looks fine in my browser. I'll have to try it on another computer.

You dont need another computer, you need to try different browsers and check all your site (specially recips) look fine, for example sometimes sites in IE dont look the same if you use Mozilla Firefox, etc

That's a nice, clean looking site. I'd list it in my gay interracial category.

There's a slight problem with the red header in IE, but I wouldn't reject for that.

Yes.....a very clean site indeed. Interesting gallery layout and I like the way the borders offset the pictures. That and the color scheme of the page brings the pics to the forfront in my opinion. That is always my problem as I like dark backgrounds which sometimes cause my pictures and ads to be drowned out a bit.

I'm on a Mac at the moment.. so I really do need to go on another computer to try it out in IE. But thanks for the advice anyway :-)

And if only you knew how much I loath HTML'ing for IE. Getting sites that use extensive CSS to appear the same in both browsers is a real pain. I haven't tried for IE 7 yet, though...

Also, thanks for all the compliments/feedback. Feel free to use the layout if you want. I don't really care, since I'll be making new ones for every FS I make... and don't plan on using this one again.
