Paysite Links Structure

Hi there,

I saw the following link structure used pretty often (blogs, directories) -

instead of linking directly to sponsor, some link like this

domain.com/go/pay-site-name

as I can understand it can be used for your own click tracking, maybe something else

wonder if this is accepted on freesites?

If you are using paid content you can link to whatever you want on all pages.

If you are using sponsor content you should at least link directly to the sponsor once on your gallery pages. This should satisfy most sponsors TOS but make sure you read them before doing so to be sure. Just my opinion.

I don't think it would be a problem for the most part. Is it really all that different than pointing your outgoing links to your hub instead of directly to a sponsor site?
