I fell asleep watching ESPN last night & for some strange reason, I woke up as Bonds was giving his speech. I looked up, realized he'd broken the record & that I didn't care, rolled over & fell back asleep :D

I'm not sure what I'm going to do today, but I did manage to cut my incoming email (spam) by about 80% by turning off some "catchall" email set-ups |thumb

Back from the daily breakfast on the beach and ready to bust ass and continue my mainstream assault. More 90+% humidity and equal or higher temps on tap, so I'm staying my butt inside the rest of the day.

The gulls knocked off my sausage and biscuits again this am, but there's plenty of coffee and cappuchino in the kitchen... help yourself.

Just another day in the easy bake oven. Temps in the upper 90's and humid. Currently, at 6:59 AM it is 77° with 90% humidity. I'm betting the lawn guys get here early today.

Given the way this industry is usually assumed guilty until proven innocent I would think we'd all be a bit less likely to do the same to others. Until Barry is proven guilty, I'll leave off the asterisk.

Doing the gym thing in a bit and then just another fun filled day of work planned.

Yesterday I got a Netflix membership and bought a DVD ripper. Going to rip the DVDs to a drive for watching at our convenience by streaming from iTunes using the AppleTV device.

A pretty good case can be made for greatest player ever. 8 Gold Gloves and 7 time National League MVP.

Went to the Angels/Red Sox game last night. Wife got free tickets behind 3rd base dugout 4 rows up which were nice. They showed on the big screen Bonds record breaker which the stands kindly erupted with boos LOL. Friends in from out of state so we are off to ride the rollercoasters in about an hour.

There is really no denying Bonds is one of the best hitters of all time. Being in Wisconsin we have a special feeling for Hank Aaron and the fact that Bonds is such an ass as a person really taints the record in my opinion. Aaron was and is a class act. Records are about performance obviously, but it sure would be easier to swallow if one could at least like the person breaking the record. I can't say that about Bonds.

Nice and warm here. Gonna get the sheets on the line and then stop screwing around and get something done.

I went with my daughter for her first ultrasound. I saw my new grandson/granddaughter and it was only the size of my thumbnail. So tiny but you could see the heart beating as clear as a bell. It was really neat to see the little peanut moving all around.

Why don't you just use handbrake to rip your dvds for the appletv? This what I use. Works like a charm. Has functionality to do it for iPod as well. Other stuff too. Yesterday was in chatsworth and on the train up enjoyed some nice rips from the program. Watched season 2 of the wire. (another great hbo series) Gearing up to launch a network of sites. Hopefully some of you will want to push some of them. :)

Today I'll be working on some code and billing stuff and getting a freesite off.

I tried Handbrake but it had issues with some of the DVDs that I tried it on.

I actually tried about a dozen DVD rippers before settling on the one that I bought.

cool. I haven't had issues yet. **knock on my wood**

Whatever works. Just thought just incase I would toss out the free version that's been rocking for me.

Ok now give the guy a break he just broke a record. He might be on the junk, but these days the best are on the junk. Are we here to knock Viagra or Levitra. I don't see any females that putting an asterisk next to the guy that fucks them the way they like it. Those drugs are here making the industry thrive with no controversy. Hell I want to throw the ball through the tire when I'm old too. So why is it so unacceptable to take some enhancers to improve your game in professional ball ? I have never taken steroids when I played ball. If the technology was there for me to take them to become a record breaker. You had better believe I would be the first to shoot it right in my vein.
