I got back from Florida yesterday morning & after checking the board & going thru my mail, I decided to fuck off for the rest of the day - sorta like a vacation after my vacation |haha

A lot of offline crap to deal with today - my mom's coming over, cable guy is supposed to fix some crap, Dr's appt this afternoon.

Nice to see you back, Greenie, and glad to hear you survived Orlando in August. And you did right, the first day back from a trip you should always fuck off for the rest of the day.

I was up early this morning so I went outside and watched the Earth cover the Moon, and then watched it uncover it for awhile until the clouds moved in and the Moon sunk too low to see any longer. Pretty cool to see the Moon turn red.

Time for some more coffee and to see what needs attention this morning.

A fine morning to all...
I ended up sleeping from 7:30 last night until about a half hour ago :) Nothing much going on today except a little running around. All in all, today appears to be one of those "good" days that you hear about.

I am experiencing power outages and my connection is also wobbly, no idea why... hopefully they will fix what has to be fixed, I for one cannot call them and complain.

My new office chair arrived yesterday. I was kind of worried when I saw how small the box was that it came in but it was pretty easy to put together.

Hot espresso and cold cereal is now being served.

Beautiful sunny day here already.. not a cloud in the sky.. ahhh.

My wife went out to the store last night. She spotted some kids around a car parked near a school. One of the kids pulled out a gun. My wife called 911 and after calling her back three times they drove by where she was parked and didnt even stop. She jumped out of the car and waved them down. She pointed out that the kids were now on the roof of the school. Now I am not making this up.. they looked over at the school, didnt see any kids and turned to my wife and said "We dont see anything". They got back in their car and drove away. You just gotta love lazy fucking cops that dont give a shit about anyone or anything. I cant wait to hear the news that a body was found on the roof of a school! Fucking pigs!

I like the church chair section on there. Makes me want to order some just so that I can have sex while sitting on one.

I always have to take at least half a day off when getting back. Just poke around the house and watch the box.

Stayed up late last night watching some episodes of season 3 of the wire. God that show is so good. Then realized I might be able to see the start of the eclipse. Didn't really look like it was in full swing though at all at 1:30am pst. Think it was just the start.
