Blog Submissions To Green Guy

This is probably a stupid question, but I'm going to ask it anyway because I'm new to this board and sort of new to free site submissions.

How often can you submit a blog to Green Guy and does it take the place of a free site submission (I'm under the impression that you're limited to one free site submission per day - maybe I'm wrong about this)?

There's no need to resubmit a blog - once it's listed, it'll remain listed. As far as submits, you can only press the submit button once per day.
