I went to watch the Sabres pre-season game last night - they lost, but we did see some really good fights. Plus, their putting in a new scoreboard, so it was really strange to look up & see a big empty space in the middle of the arena. There were also no ads on the boards - it was very strange.

The Bitch is going to a wedding today, but I'm going to stay home & cut up some wood for the winer & then watch Death Proof |thumb

I haven't a clue what I'm doing today but the morning person I live with is overwhelming me with let's do this and let's do that and we need it all in the next six and one half minutes.

I'm like so not a morning person...

Off to a wedding today at 3pm. A basketball buddy is getting married and he's Italian so it's an open bar. YeeHaa. :)

The soon-to-be Mother-in-Law is still in town so its more tacky tourist stuff to do today~!

Thank all y'all for the good vibes and wel wishes for my old man yesterday. Got updates yesterday and it seems he was causing quite a stink at the hospital. He's asking every hospital type person that goes in his room for a joint.
Nurse I talked to yesterday told me about it, and said "I think it's the pain meds talking." I had to correct her and told her "No, he prolly wants a joint"
Shortly after that everything went sour. All the cockroaches and pieces of shit crawled out from under their rocks: his ex wife, all his lil trashy sluts, and all the losers looking for something for free. What can you expect from hicks in a lil grubby town with a population of 11,000 with a cumulative IQ of 6?
So after talking to him and his retard buddies for hours, I was informed that I'm not in the circle of tard and basically got slapped in the face, so I lost my fucking composure pretty good and made it clear that the only time i'll ever be stepping foot back in that dusty ass lil town is for a funeral. The 20 years we weren't on speaking terms was so much less aggravating, so that's where that stands.Since retardation seems to be thicker than blood, fuck it. I've got a football game to go to Monday night anyway.

The Rugdawg and I were planning to head to Zion this afternoon but turns out I have a opportunity to make some $$ and he gets a free copy of Halo3 so as soon as I can finish marking the football picks we're headed to the Palms to see what's going on. Apparently since they didn't get the Resident Evil 3 thing they opted for Geeky Halo3. |huh

Tis a far better thing to make money than it is to spend it. I'm sure there are those who would disagree.

FanTC: sorry to hear the inbreeding won over -- kinda what happened to me and my sister with our parents only ours was a small town north of B'ham and it was the church that was thicker than holy water. he got you to adulthood and you are self sufficient so if "fuck it" is what you feel then "fuck it" is what is right. We didn't even go back for the funeral.
