Colo-Cation
 

I need a way to contact the guys from the server Colo-Cation. I've tried to email them through their website and even added a support guy to ICQ but it's been more than a week and I get no response either way. If anyone can give me a an ICQ number, MSN or something so I can personally talk to them Id really appreciate it. Thanks!

Colo-cation is a great hosting company. They have answered all my tickets in a timely fashion. I was in your situation too. I sent them an email and got no answer.I was really anxious to get hosting from Colo. Here is how I solved that problem.

Click "buy" on the website and give them $$$$.

Problem solved for me since that click.

Two weeks ago I set up a dedicated server with them. I asked for another and I did not get an answer. I'm not trying to start rumors or anything but I am assuming that they are too busy to answer all the emails that are generated for the site. That is my assumption not a fact. You can take it for what it's worth anyway. Just be patient and you will get a response

Me personally, I just call them. Works everytime.

In the last week I have sent them two requests (through their site) for a quote for a new dedicated server and not got anything back from either. I am not having a go at them as I know they are a seriously good host but for me that is not a very positive experience.

Nice |spam| there Andy. I now know at least one host I won't be considering for any future needs.
