Not much going on today. An appointment this morning and then I think a little relaxing. Crap, we do have another appointment as well.

I'm up way to early because I want/need a smoke and to those wondering, I started smoking again while I was in the hospital.
I cheated and had 3 cigs yesterday.
Should finish the project I've been working on today if I don't get distracted and kill someone instead.

Christine is home for a three day weekend because last weekend was a Jewish holiday but the school fucked up and gave everyone this weekend off instead of last weekend.

Watched The Human Stain last night. We liked it but it is a very odd and rather disturbing movie.

Probably just going to spend the day working but who knows...

Good day starting off here on the Golden Gulf Coast. I hope it continues to improve. Carol got a job offer yesterday and is gone to a meeting for it . I say she should take it. 10,000 a year more pay and better benefits. I'm thinking up ways to help her spend it now

Wife and I are flying up to San Francisco this afternoon. Going to a luncheon at one of the winery vineyards in Napa Valley that my In Laws are members to on Saturday. Lots of good food and fine wine on the agenda.

High stress day for me today. All my computer crap gets done. The old PC stuff (loaded with porn) gets transfered to a jump drive, new computer running the dreaded Vista get set up and then everything gets networked except the xbox360 cuz it's winging its way to the repair center. Knowing my luck with computers/electronics I'll have a cluster fuck by noon.

*pushing negative Nelly off my laptop*.. Biatch..

Other that what EvilHolly just posted, we're disappearing so all this can take place and off to the movies

I have started to redo the floors in the whole house, and I still have a ton to do. I won't be around the next few days as I am hoping to finish this job that I should have never started.

Good morning all. The stress factor is up there for me too. I have a deadline for a mainstream project due today. I just want to scream and say "F" you and your corporate deadline. Working with big corps is tough sometimes. Especially when an IT guy is concerned about the 2 or 3 pixel difference between IE and Firefox. Geez. ok I vented I feel better now. Everyone have a very lovely day.

Not much planned here, need to do more errands, but wont, why do today when you can do it Monday?

We finally got our new couch delivered yesterday so now we can leave the office and go downstairs and enjoy watching TV in front of a fireplace, of course we are watching the tiny 27” bedroom TV downstairs since my new 37” living room TV won’t be here until Tuesday, but I can still watch Purdue beat the shit out of the Irish this weekend in true HD which I am still blown away by, I really really love HD TV when it comes to sports.

Looks like I have nothing else to bring to the table today….
