Mark from Asia Movie Pass says it's working fine on his end, but on all the Flip18 FHGs I end up seeing the following instead (Not sure who 64.72.127.178 actually belongs to, but it's not me or my ISP.):

It looks to me like the web server IP is not on the allowed list for the MySQL server.
