XML - a short primer.
In my daily blog travels I cam across this great post about XML what it is and what you need to know about it.
I found it useful and thought other bloggers might too. http://www.dailyblogtips.com/what-is-xml/ |
I didn't get much out of that Ben but I would like you to pass on to whoever is doing the RageCash Feeds that ' and & are not allowed in XML.
Take a look |
Not a bad article for those that do not know much about XML. |thumb

Cool Ben |thumb
I've set up over 250 single word feed campaigns in the last week, I'll be spending the next day or two removing apostraphies, ampersands and white space from them, Rage Cash feeds look a hell of a lot better than most |

I'll see if kaktus has any ideas |
Odd, I'm using RSS2HTML, the free version.
You can see here on XXX Blog Maniac that I'm not seeing the problems you are. Since I'm including the feed on a blog page, the character set was the only thing I could think of. Since I would assume that the issue would have to be in the head. |
The feeds look great when I parse them with Blogs Automator, so I'm going to concentrate on Splogs/Blogs that are fed with BA
|
Thanks for the tip Ben!
I'm impressed with how active you are on here at helping people. Because of that, I am going to go ahead and try out Rage Cash. Just signed up! :) |
I found 2 things with your RSS that will make it impossible for me to use it. :(
1) I'm using only the headline and link. Since all of your headlines have the site name in them, it doesn't look natural beside all of my other headlines. 2) When you click on the headline link, it doesn't take you direct to the gallery - but instead to an entry page. Two clicks to get to the content. Those two things aside, your RSS feeds are managed very well. I would love to use them but these two small issues are preventing me from it. |
