I may be way wrong here, but the thief's email addy is biftek AT gmail DOT com and this board has a member named biftek.

Not that the design is anything special, but I HATE when people just feel free to copy it |catfight|

Sent an email to him and cc to Dreamhost giving him 48 hours to remove it. We'll see what happens :)

And now he has taken it down... I assume he'll upload it on another domain that we are not yet aware of.
