Hey all, been having trouble getting into OcCash since last night and their sites are coming up 404 for me too?! Anyone else?

Hey guys...we are aware of the probelm and have been working on it since yesterday morning. A controller at our host failed and caused both the A and the B raid backup of our main database file to crash. We are now in the process of re-installing nats and have data revovery people working on the drive.

The good news is it looks like 99% of the data can be recovered. Once we figure out the extent of what was not recoverable, affiliates will be credited for the downtime.

We appoligize for any problems this might have caused.

OK, further update...we are 99.9% fully operational. No rebills were lost. There is obviously some sales that people lost out on during the crash. Tomorrow we will figure out the best way to reimurse all our acive webmasters for lost sales.

Can I sign up today and become an active webmaster retroactively?
