The long week is almost officially over. A little left over this morning and it will be done until next month. :) I really have to get shopping done.

Went over to Kiln yesterday to watch the Packers game with the Favre faithful and wound up drunk as hell. Couple of those ol boys put my ass in the back of a pickup and we wound up out in the deep deep backwoods drinking moonshine from their still and smoking homegrown from their crop.

Gotta get a nap shortly after I head to the beach for breakfast and knock out a little work. It'll be very little work though, cause I feel like 10 pounds of shit in a 5 pound sack. Maybe I'll feel better by tonight for kickoff.

Once again had all my reviewing done by 5AM, I'm digging getting the part of my chores I hate the most over with before the sun comes up.
Didn't get a whole lot accomplished yesterday so I feel like I need to put in an extra effort today.

That's how I like to do things too, Pat. If I can get a nice chunk of things done before the sun is all the way up I know I'm ahead for the day.

Watched an interesting subtitled action flick called "B-13" on Showtime yesterday (and don't worry about the subtitles, they're actually not bad in this one). It's on several more times this month for fans of Parcour who'll enjoy seeing David Belle displaying some excellent PK skills.

Go Saints!! Got a Proline Pools ticket with every game right and I have the Saints tonight. DocHolly's Vegas Palms pool I have 1 wrong though. Made those picks on Friday before I knew Bulger wasn't playing, DOH.

The usual work otherwise for me today.

It's back to work Monday.

Took this weekend off and didn't do any work at all so going to be playing catchup today after going to the gym in a bit.

We have a little snow here this morning, but not enough to bitch about.

We purchased and erected our first artificial xxxmas tree yesterday and I actually like it. We were lucky to discover that Target had their trees on clearance already, so we could afford to buy a tree that looks fairly realistic (and it's not sticky with sap). Plus, it's pre-lit, and I love that feature.

It's still raining over here *sigh*.
I have the house all to myself for he next 2 days, no dogs, no family members. It will be nice and quiet here :)

Since I had 3 peeps not send me their picks.. i had the crown bag do 2 and my RugDawg do 1. He's 10-4 with a game to go. Not bad for someone who picked teams on whether their names could beat up the other names.. Buffalo over Dolphins.. (like big ass animals beating up scaly Flippers) ...

Ok.. off to prepare for the onslaught of spreadsheets coming my way. I just have to remember each spreadsheet is $$ in my pocket.

I had a chunk of a tooth fall out on Friday & the dentist called at 8 saying they could squeeze me in, so off I went. Now my teeth look like this ---> :D

I'm off to see my Looney Dr today at 2 & then Yell & I are off to see the Sabres play Montreal tonight. There's a reason or 3 as to why I hate Montreal, but I forget their names at this moment....|couch|

I woke up this morning and pulled the covers back over my head. It is my birthday today and I'm now 50...|cry||cry|

I even got mail from AARP that really helped..|angry|

But then I opened my Birthday card and Bob had put a $20 scratch off ticket in it. I was like oh great I can get even more sad. But guess what? I won one thousand bucks |bananna| Then my husband who is the greatest took me back to bed. I still have it in bed even at the old age of 50..:D

I told my friends they better have something good planned for tonight that includes lots alcohol |thumb
