Generate traffic to my site

Hi,

I've setup hardlinks but I'm not getting much traffic from that... (max 10 uniques a day..)

Can you guys help me out to drive traffic to my site (bozporn.com) ?

Trade more links.

Buy traffic.

Build & submit sites/galleries that promote your site.

Look at your site in IE7 (I can't read the text up top)

I put some of your FHG's in my TGP, that might help some, I am gonna buy some traffic soon but it seems that bought traffic is crap (at least the cheap traffic) Hope it helps.

P.s. you need some more banners.

It doesn't look right in firefox either, text is too big and the top menu isn't displayed.

1280x1024, it's anoying when something looks ok in one browser and completely different in another.

Firefox seems to be the worst for that.

It still appears the same in firefox, unless theres something disabled in my browser as it's running default config.

Gotta be careful of errors anywhere in your code if you're going to use a doctype of xhtml strict. Not sure what's causing the problem but this might be a place to start.

ADDED: And that never-ending exit chain linked to your 'e-mags' navigation tab isn't going to help you get any bookmarkers.

Weird thing about using doctypes is nearly every site you try and validate produces tons of errors.

Is it really needed in sites?

Yeah but I think there is something to worry about...

Yes, the doctype declaration is important. If you're not going to follow the strict rules, you can always use HTML 4.01 Transitional instead of HTML 4.01 Strict, and you can use XHTML 1.0 Transitional instead of XHTML 1.0 Strict. If you're getting "tons of errors" then now would be a good time to begin validating all your pages and learning how to write valid html code that doesn't throw errors.

Sure, actually many bodies understands. :)

Seriously, if you're not up to writing strict XHTML code, then just don't do it. You may want to consider dropping back to a doctyle of XHTML 1.0 Transitional or HTML 4.01 Transitional to avoid having so many errors.

Your problem seems to have begun on line 6, where you didn't close an element/tag. If you're going to be using XHTML then you need to be aware that you have to close some tags you may not have been used to closing in earlier HTML versions. XHTML uses self-closing elements, so things like your META tags should end with "/>" instead of ">".

Can someone check again, Bobc01... I've made some changes

dexcool 2007-12-13 08:03 PM

looks better for me, I use firefox. The "our newest girls" does not have anything in it in firefox.

Looked at in in IE and it looked good but I got an error, also when you mouse over the first set of links they change color and the links do not work.

Bobc01 2007-12-13 08:44 PM

As above with IE but unfortunately still the same in firefox.

If you have the same problems there as you have with my site then it has something to do with your settings... If you don't then I know how to fix the problem |bananna|
