Good Balmy Friday Morning

Good Morning
A good 10 degrees this morning. A lot warmer than yesterday. And it looks like it will hit 56 on Tuesday :)

Anyway, today should be a regular day. We could use it...next week will be a long week.

Cleo 2008-01-04 07:27 AM

Still cold here but it should warm up into the seventies today.

Just more of the same old planned for today.

Fonz 2008-01-04 07:30 AM

Morning all,

I was supposed to head out for some constrution work this morning. I went out but after waiting for half an hour at the gas station I called up the guy I was supposed to work with. All he had to say was: "Can't come today, have sent you a text message". Ofcourse I didn't get a message.
Back to slinging porn again :)

Have a good day all :)

Good morning world |waves|

Another cold night here. Okay, well, cold for us. Down in the 50s inside since there wasn't time to take Dareutwo's suggestion about the MrHeater he uses. Thanks for the pointer to that one. I took a look around over there and they also have this one which seemed to be designed for indoor use. Truth is though, it's those few nights a year when we have to huddle around the stoves that reminds us there actually IS a winter. This is the coldest it's been so far and it'll be back in the 77-79 F range by Sunday. The few 'cold' snaps we get just gives us excuses to air out the heavy blankets, sweaters and coats that would just stay in storage forever otherwise.

To Dare and to Sue -- You could do what I did. I ordered a cheap 'cruiser' style bike from K-Mart. Available in men's and women's styles. $100 new or half that on Craig's List. All steel construction. No gears to mess with. Just a coaster brake. Nice fat tires. Very easy to put together if new, almost fully assembled in the box. I wanted something with very little investment/commitment up front, since I've spent money before on exercise equipment that turned into clothes racks. So this time there's no pressure from having an expensive bicycle that I have to make use of. And this time I'm finding that I'm really looking forward to the daily rides.

If you decide to order a bike online, you may be able to get free shipping (Amazon in particular). Also, make sure to get at least a $10 air pump since the tires won't be fully inflated in the box. And I bought a better saddle (seat) from the local bike shop since that's the one thing definitely worth upgrading.

Damn... more words that I intended. Oh well, time to quit and just wish everyone an excellent Friday, even if you weren't planning on having one.

:)

Too damn cold to ride a bike here unless you want frozen nipples.

More work on The Mighty Perve today. I think I finished templatizing it yesterday so that most of the pages have a more cohesive look. So much more to do. Gimmicks, features, etc, etc, etc.|yawn|

docholly 2008-01-04 08:49 AM

Morning..
Get to try out my brand new brake system this morning as I peddle to the Palms. peddle = drive. I think if i sat on a bike the entire seat would disappear ..of course it would be a great BBW Photo set..:D

Toby..i'll take a cuppa from you.. my coffee sux this morning. I think i need to give it a vinegar bath.

Not much today..just some prep work for CES next week. RugDawg's brand new Creative Zen isn't syncing so my first stop will be their booth.

Have a GREAT TGIF..and Make lotza $$$.

good morning everyone |waves|

mild outside today, we're supposed to have temperatures up to the mid-teens this weekend. That means above freezing, for all you people who don't speak Canadian :D

UW - looking good, I really like the in-house gallery idea. I'm always interested in things that will give me more work to do on something that was supposed to be finished in the first place ;)

have a great day everyone!!
:)

Brrrrrrr, Good Morning

Still chilly down Dixie way, but like the rest, we'll be in the 70s manana. Might run to the beach in a lil bit and reacquaint the gulls with groceries, but then again , I'm in a hearty work groove, so they may have to wait til tomorrow

Simon - You are getting me in the mood for biking. I was an extremely avid biker back in younger days and to a lesser degree through 2005. Katrina got my bike and I haven't replaced it yet, but you have put it on my springtime agenda.

When I was a kid I was involved in a freak accident and was a candidate to go to St Jude's. I didn't have to, but was always an active fund raiser for them after that.
The summer before my Senior year in high school, I hopped on my bike and rode from Long Beach, Mississippi to St Louis, Mo. and back to raise money for St Jude's. I'd ride, camp on the roadside at night, then start fresh the next morning. Damn near killed me, but I made it and ended up raising around 12.000 dollars for the hospital.
The ride up was a killer, but the brisk coast back downhill was a blast. Nothing like flying down the road at 50+ mph with brake pads melting.

I bet I couldn't ride down to the end of the driveway now. Guess I better buy me another bike and get back in shape. The 26 mile boardwalk on the beach is set to be rebuilt by spring of 2009 I think. Then I'll ride to Biloxi and eat seafood and regret it all the way home.

Ah shit, time for a joint and more coffee. Have a cycled kinda day!

Good Friday Peoples |buddy|

Ramster & his buddy are here - we were going to go down & watch the Sabres & Senators practice, but I forgot the Verizon FiOS guy is coming between 8-12 (not here yet) to hook up a connection in the Pool House (because I can't live without live stats during football & hockey games)

We're off to the hockey game tonight - have a nice day :)

Good day,
still having the cold or flu which is not fun after the latest throat cancer surgeries, left with one hole for breathing, etc. so I pass on the biking solution. I can cope with the temp, it is around 15-17F here but tomorrow we will get so much snow that we can lose power, won't be fun. It arrived to the neighborhood already as promised. So I try taking it easy.

I will get a seat like yours though it looks very comfy!

Have a nice day all!

Morning all. I took time out to report a site to google today which was promoting 3d Ch..d porn and inc...t. Sick fucking site even had be......ty all seemingly using rendered images, but the detail was sickeningly realistic in places. Just to add insult to injury the site took over my browser and popped up a whole host of other pages when i tried to close it. I had already copied the page link for the report by then and went back into the history for the google link that took me there. I was initially looking at toon images for header ideas on a new domain i'm building.

Yeah, that tends to be dangerous territory, blue. Most of the truly sick keywords/phrase I've stumbled upon have been on toon sites. It's a weird niche for weird people who have disassociated their sexuality away from the human form. My theory is that many of them are sexually immature.

My apologies to any of you sexually inadequate hentai fans reading this. |crazy|

Emerald 2008-01-04 01:59 PM

I have been busy redesigning Smut Gremlins .. lol got ONE page done .. now over 100 to go sheesh this could take forever.|banghead| Sometimes I think I should just leave well enough alone!

I know what you mean UW but i wasn't looking at toon sites as such rather illustrators and their galleries. (I would have mentioned that but clicked submit instead of preview on the previous post |crazy|). The link i clicked, thinking i was going somewhere took me to the site mentioned above and I nearly dropped my coffee when the page loaded. I haven't been that surprised since the last time emmy jumped on me from the top of the wardrobe but that's a story for another day :D

Sorry to say I missed morning roll call as by 6:30am and 13' weather I was on my way West to Ohio to pick up my daughter after a week of vacation at her Grandparents....ahh peace and quiet is wonderful.

AnyWho - Ive been getting things ready to go and have been apllying for PA's for some TGPs that I searched out - of the 83 I found to send out I was accepted at 35 so far along with a about a dozne I already had - the non-paid variety.

Back to full swing tomorrow, both mainstream and smut spinnin'

Have a good Friday evening all. Go Sabres
