Hello guys, I have a question and I hope to get my answer here.
I have a live video chat website. I will launch it soon, maybe in March. I am in the process of buying traffic and also registering the girls.
My problem is about timing. Which is the trick? When I will have members online, maybe I will not have enough girls online and vice versa.
Is it a way of convincing the members that this is a new site and they should come back. Should we write in the welcome email, a phrase like….Come back, we are at the beginning?

Would you come back if you joined a site & saw that? I'd be calling my CC company telling them to charge back the transaction.

You might be able to get away with putting someone else's live cam feeds in there that the members get for free so that if you have few/no girls online, they have something to do.

Record and archive the live shows so members can view them when there are no live girls.

Doesn't sound like you are ready to be launching any sort of paid product just yet.
