Jays XXX links?
 

hey guys, wondered if anyone here has had any sites listed or atleast reviewed from jays xxx links?

i have submitted 5 sites in the last few weeks, he reviewed the first one (and it went unlisted for some reason) and i havent seen any others get reviewed yet... if other people have seen their sites get listed/reviewed in the last few days then for *some* reason i may be on his blacklist? i know i didnt do anything wrong, used his correct recip link too...

so anyone had any sites listed at jays in the last few days? i may need to email him and ask why he hasnt reviewed any of my sites :(

I've had the same problem but all my sites have been accepted at every other link list or at least received some reply except jays so I guess he just has a large backlog or somthing... wait a while and see what happens maybe

neticule - I wouldnt think you were on the blacklist but you might email him Monday - he's out of town right now :)

neticule - Post the urls in this thread please. I'll be glad to take a look at them.

hey jay :) this is the first one i submitted (my first free site in about a year actually) this is the only one out of about 7 or 8 that you reviewed:

there is only 1 hit in my stats, coming from your admin page. So i assume if for some reason i was BL'ed its gotta do something with this site (however i have no clue). the only thing i can think of is i somewhat used doorway pages, and your recip was on index.htm, while my main 8 were on index.html - if this is why im very sorry, as it WAS my first free site in a long time i didnt think it was a big deal (because it didnt used to be a year ago) - the newer sites i have submitted i did away with the doorways tho.

autosubmitted my ass! sorry to sound rude but i do NOT autosubmit, and im very upset you think i do.

incase you never read my posts, i quit submitting free sites 9 months ago, and came back this month, using my OLD SUBMIT LIST which im now trying to weed out old/404 linklists. THAT is why there is an old linklist of yours, and if that is your only damn basis of me being an autosubmitter then thats a buncha crap.

I visit EVERY submit page myself and fill out EVERY field, i DO use typeitin to make things go quicker but thats hardly autosubmitting. (typeitin: wavget.com/typeitin )

this is a rediculous accusation. back 9 months ago i used my fs-submit program to submit to linklists (NOT AUTOSUBMITTER) - i made recip links on my own, and at that time a bunch of other people were also using fs-submit. no longer are they doing so, me, and one of my friends are the only ones using it, and it is NOT an autosubmitter, it simply lists every linklist that i submit to on the left, i click, it opens the submit page/rules page, and i proceed to HAND SUBMIT my site. i assume you may think thats why its autosbmitted, it because you used to see that recip long ago, from several different people. yeah it wasnt smart of me to give access to fs-submit to a ton of people, knowing everyone was going to use the same recip - i even let linklist owners check out fs-submit, and if they wanted off, i took them off. back then i gave greenguy access to fs-submit, and he requested to be taken off of it, i took him off within an hour.

so your accusations are totally unfounded, and are totally untrue. i spend 2-3 hours making every free site, and 1-2 hours HAND submitting them to 40 places.

now please, let me know again the reason you think i am autosubmitting, and please dont call my hard work a piece of crap. Ive been making free sites for 3 years and i fucking know by now not to autosubmit ANYTHING to ANY PLACE, i figured that out a month into the business. so please dont try to accuse me of autosubmitting, its bullshit, and i know autosubmitting does WAY more harm then good.

i would really appreciate a reply, and i am all up for having a good relationship with you, and everyone else around here, if i autosubmitted i wouldnt be posting on GG&J thats for damn sure, thats just downright stupid.

i look forward to having a good trusting relationship with you, and i hope you feel the same way. juts understand that it upsets me to call my sites a 'piece of crap' when they look better then 95% of other peoples free sites, and i spend a damn long time on them.

thank you jay, i really hope we can get past this, i really was not expecting the type of reply you gave, because its totally untrue.

and other linklist owners that read this, i am not lying, i am 100% honest when i say i hand submit to every site, i see all of your submit pages and rules with my own two eyes.

Jay - I usualy would stay our of this, but neticule did mention that he took off a couple months in a previous post & based on that, it may be true that he is using an old list.

neticule - Linkster just hit me on ICQ about you. I trust Linkster, so I'm going to give you a pass on this.

Email me all domains, email adresses ect that you may have submitted under so I can pull them off my blocked list.

hmmm, you might be getting me and neticule confused, jay (or hell maybe linkster did LOL) cuz the one who made a submission helper over at ANS is me :D

neticules fs-submit and my submitool were similar when they initally came out several years ago but with mrmarylous (and many others as well) advice i redid it where the recips wouldnt be a problem. as you can see from my sig it is still very much being used by many folks and you are listed on it. i have several sites listed with you that i used submitool to submit with so i hope it is as transparent as it is designed to be. I have never had any reports of webmasters abusing it so i think after seeing the example you gave you are unhappy with fs-submit.

just wanted to make sure we all knew who we were :)

I dont autosubmit either either, I use submitool and I think my sites are ok and follow your rules too. I dont think Im getting listed either.

Those sites that you have posted there are pretty decent and I would list them.

You were on my blocked list because of the poor quality of earier submissions. You are off my blocked list and should submit again. :)

I no longer have time to do reviews, I will IM my reviewer and see if he can keep an eye on this thread.
