Gallerysubmissions problems.

Hello to all who read this.

My name is Sarifnoir. I am the webmaster for missisabelle.com. I have been going through a lot of the posting here on the board. Between me and missisabelle, we are finding it hard to get more affiliates and to submit free galleries. We use the ccbill affiliate program for payouts. I ask is there something that we are over looking as far as getting more people to see the galleries? Please let me know. Thank you.

Her 1st magazine appearance is coming up, they already have some of her photos and 1 video up.

Be well and safe all.

Your post is a little unclear. Are you looking for more affiliates or are you looking for more sites to list the galleries you submit?

HowlingWulf 2008-05-05 11:24 AM

Let's see your free galleries. Where are you submitting them now?

Toby 2008-05-05 12:26 PM

1) Take a look at your site in resolutions wider that 1024. You have some text alignment issues.

2) Most affiliates want more info before signing up to promote. What is the payout percentage? Does that also include rebills? What promo tools do you have available (zips, hosted galleries, banners, etc.)

3) As HowlingWulf suggested, post a link to the galleries you've been having problems with, and some more details about the specific problems. We can probably make a number of suggestions that will help.

Hello Sly,

Thank you for taking the time out to respond to my post. Sorry for the unclear post.
What I am looking for is more ways to reach people to who run tgps and that would be will to sign up to our program, along with promoting the galleries that we have.

MissIsabelle and myself have been e-mailing people who have tgps one by one. We have been working with Lana’s Big Boobs, two tgp managers and some blogs for now.

We have offered to people who do sign up to the program that we will add their affiliate code to the galleries and host them for free.

Hello Toby,

Thank you for taking the time out to respond to my post.

1) “Take a look at your site in resolutions wider that 1024. You have some text alignment issues.” Answer: Thank you for pointing that to me, as we speak I am working on fixing that problem.
2) Most affiliates want more info before signing up to promote. What is the payout percentage? Does that also include rebills? What promo tools do you have available (zips, hosted galleries, banners, etc.) Answer: We use the ccbill affiliate program for payouts.
3) As HowlingWulf suggested, post a link to the galleries you've been having problems with, and some more details about the specific problems. We can probably make a number of suggestions that will help.

Answer: In response to Howlings post I have post the links to the galleries along with the sign up page for the program.
We have offered to people who do sign up to the program that we will add their affiliate code to the galleries and host them for free.

Toby Thank you again for insight. I am new to all of this.

I could see that much from what was on your site. But that's about all I could find out.

You need to put more information about your affiliate program on that sign-up page. Here's an example of what I'm talking about. http://www.ronisparadise.net/revshare/index.html

It doesn't need to be quite that elaborate, but that should give you an idea of what affiliates want to know before they sign-up.

Your galleries look OK to me. The only problem I see is the javascript counters. My submit script would reject for that.

Hello Toby,

Thank you again for taking the time out of your busy schedule to respond to me.

“ You need to put more information about your affiliate program on that sign-up page. “

Answer: You are so right. I was following a friend who helped me to get started. I ike your set up. I will make the necessary changes to the page.

“Your galleries look OK to me. The only problem I see is the javascript counters. My submit script would reject for that.”

That is the only free tracking program that I know of. If there is something else that you know of ,I would be glad to look into it.

Thank you for time and consideration.

You should be able to track much of that same information from your own web server stats and from your CCBill admin stats.

Javascript on submitted galleries just isn't allowed due to all the potential bad things that it can be used for. A case of a few bad apples spoiling it for everyone.

Hosted galleries that affiliate TGP owners would add to their sites may be able to get away with a few things that submitted galleries can't, but it's still best to avoid using javascript, especially when it loads data from servers you do not control. It can hang the loading of your page.

Hello Toby,

I never realized that by using something like stat counter would crate problems. Thank you for the tips. Now more good things to add to my to do list.

Thank you for time and consideration.

The galleries are fair to ok and the tour don't really stand out of the crowd and make me want to jump to sign up and promote. Having a large url on the thumbnails is kinda sloppy and implies you want the surfer to type-in the url bypassing the affiliate who sent the traffic imo. The tour http://missisabelle.com/home.html looks like a splash page and needs something to grab the surfers immediate attention. Browse solo girl sites and see what they do to be so successful. I think Isabelle could do very well as a bbw solo site if presented and marketed well.

If you want more affiliates make a site that makes them think it will convert very well, as someone said put the percentages and lots of info on the affiliate page, and post/advertise to the major boards and major tgp submit pages if you have the budget.
