Sex Top List Submit Form broken?
 

I get:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: my_include() in /web/sites/teamyu/sextoplist.com/add.php on line 10

Submit form will be closed because we are upgrading backend and I hope to reopen it today. Few of category URLs will be changed probably, and I will put the notice to update some of the recips when it's all finished.
