Epoch is no more at FoxyAngel

Today I finally had enough of Epoch when I learned that the affiliate join link had gone 404 and if we switched over to their new system all our old webmasters would have to signup again.

If that wasn't enough with their new system our webmasters would have to signup three times since we have three tours since their new linking code no longer has a parameter for specifying a landing URL.

Link codes for FoxyAngel and FoxyEbonyTgirls stay them same since we have a php front end so nothing needs to be changed by our affiliates, there just isn't an Epoch join option anymore.

Bottom line is we are now using CCBill exclusively.

PS: any preexisting rebills will still be credited properly, just that there are no new signups through paycom/epoch.

...

That was a great move. |thumb I plan on moving my program as soon as I am able to.

Epoch's stats are not tracking correctly, but I believe sales are for the most part. Their support is unreliable at best and has to be pressured/hassled to get a response from.

Not good business. |angry|

That thing they have with MPA had a lot of potential, but it's been a mes since day 1 & it's a shame they never put the effort into making it better.

I wonder how many affiliates are not getting credit on sites that have migrated over to their new system?

We really should have dropped them months ago when their links were timing out on and off again.

How come Rand or anyone else from Epoch never posts when we complain about their MPA system? |huh

Great move - I prefer promoting ccbill sponsors over epoch - for a number f reasons.

Same here. I dont promote any Epoch sites anymore, just isn't worth the hassle.

I never even tried epoch - CCbill all the way for me.

Hey Cleo,
Actually you only have to signup once if all the sites are in one program. Mine is setup that way and all 4 of my sites are available with all galleries, l,ink codes etc within the one signup.
I was really excited to switch because of how outdated the CCBill aff software is but there are things like the username/password thing that bothers me and now I see that if surfers click links from affiliate galleries the script blocks flash video from streaming on the tour! WTF!!! Just noticed that one! lol SHit like that makes me crazy, but sales are up a bit over CCBill and not nearly as many Failed Referrers in my site stats so those are important too.

What? Can you clarify this?

What script? The links merely redirect the surfer through CCBill so that they can be cookied - there is no CCBill script once they are on your tour until they hit your join page.
