No more creating splogs! I'm blogging again. While I will be throwing a few porn stars up now and then, just cause I like porn stars, this blog is really meant to be a commentary type blog on what ever I feel like commenting on.

I haven't found that old venom I used to have but I'll keep working on it until it returns.

I'm only three posts in and two of them you'll find the topics in General Business, I am starting to look for a few good link partners. The blog Chasing the Walrus.

I'm not looking to link to splogs or hand written blogs with only sales text. I'm looking for blogs that don't mind a little adult thrown in once in awhile but are basicly really blogs.

I'm also going to start two new projects dealing with artistic nudes, something I like to look at but don't have a firm grasp on how to promote just yet. So if you have some idea's / suggestions on where to go with that, I would appreciate it.

And no I haven't given up, I am still looking at rebuilding all my old shit. I just had to get involved with something new to pick up my sagging spirits.

Glad to hear your getting something going. I know what your saying, I get burned out often enough. Shitty ratio's sure don't help.

I am curious though, why it seems many adult webmasters, when they want to blog about just anything, why it often turns to politics, like Tommy's board. Nothing wrong with it of course. I've never gotten into politics, don't want to, and know very little. Just find it curious, that seems to be the "talk".

I don't know what I'd blog about if it wasn't adult or my mainstream stuff.

I've got a project on the back burner that would go well with this one. Maybe I'll dig it up and turn off the robot's text. I like to rant and this would be a great way to get my mind off the daily cram.

I think it was real simple, I wasn't building sites I was proud of.

Cool, I actually find the time it takes for me to develop good old fashioned rant increases my energy level

well... okay, although if you're probably into building sites you can be proud of you're probably in the wrong business :D I was rather referring to the financial aspect when I asked if it wasn't worth it anymore.

Financially I do ok with the splogs I've got. I just never wanted to get into mass production and, in my personal opinion, the only way your going to be successful with them is through mass production. There are people out there pumping out splogs as fast as you can build a free-site.

It's been my experience that I can do just as well, if not better, with hand written blogs and be able to point to the site and feel good saying it's mine.

My feelings 100% - except I think I can throw a splog together faster than a FS.

This is one I've had on the back burner for quite some time - your post got me off my ass to do something with it.

Who says you can't make good off sites your proud of? Think that's usually one of the biggest reasons some sites are so big in the first place.

I gotta admit, I'm having fun.
