anyone interested in new linklists?

Wondering if it would be worth it stating my own link list(s).

I really need some feedback from both LL owners and submitters as to what your thoughts are on this.

Are there too many LL's out there already? Or is there room for additional, well managed ones?

Also, Would buying an established list be better than starting from scratch?

Your input please.

All depends on how much traffic it can generate. I have no problem adding new LL's of GG board members to my submit list - give them a year and see how that are doing. There are three or four LL's started by the "class of 07: that are sending me decent traffic now and still growing.

If you can get a existing LL with a good rep and decent traffic for a reasonable price, it can sure shorten the learning curve but be sure to listen to to the folks on this board so you don't screw it up - I've seen more than one good LL go down the shitter after it was sold.

I am reluctant to add a new LL to my submit list - I think their are too many and the effort required especially when they want category recips is probably not worth the effort. I don't add new LL if they require cat recips .

Sadly, so many LL's seem to just sit idle in the first place. Not exactly the best trade partners.
