I suggest that you use your description as the of your index page, and then variations of it (go after as many KW as you can) on the other pages.<br />
<br />
No point in having the same title on all your pages, as each page has its own SE ranking potential (so you should go after different terms on each) - owners and reviewers know this and you shouldn't have a problem doing it...</div>
