Wow - that's a new one for me. Never heard of FtM. If you submitted a site with that content to me, I guess I'd put it in femdom since you said there's some strapon male ass sex going on. If you have a sponsor for the content, you could try going through their tour and reading what all they have to say about that niche and it might give you a better idea of what category the site would belong in.

I usually think of FTM as Female to Male transsexuals.

It's transsexual content but must of us have a tranny or shemale category and surfers going there aren't looking for female to male trannies so I would put it under fetish or misc.
