Adobe CS3

Anyone knows of a place with good prices?
Also, can you use the upgrade version to go from an older education version to the new full version?

The upgrade version just asks you for an old serial number and it can be any old number that you have laying around. You can download the trial and it becomes the full version once you buy an upgrade serial.
