ActiveX warning pop up, how to turn off in IE7 ?

Hello,
When you disable ActiveX in IE7 and go to a page that uses activeX, you get that annoying warning that says "activex has been disabled and some parts of the page may not function properly". I have searched all over the internet and none of the solutions work to turn off this annoying warning pop up. Does anyone here have any information to turn it off?

This worked for me and I've never seen the message since.
