Its official. I am selling my site of 4 years.

I have created a site with all info one might need to know on webmaster end of the site. Anything I should not have put up? Anything I need to put up specifically? And where can I find old stats for my site? most of my old stats have been deleted by master stats.

This site made craploads but then I became a Steadicam Operator and neglected the site for over year and a half. Because of this I am giving the deal of a lifetime for a site that makes 40k a year.
