I am trying to contact them 2 weeks via contact form and icq!

all i got is "hey" on icq instead of answer on my question:

Why i have 25$ sales when PPS program is 35$ per signup????
and wednesday bonus (50$ PPS) also is 25$ ????


There are a lot of sponsors with better ratios and bigger PPS program, i am not satisfied with such attitude to webmasters! |fuckyou|

The program offers many things to webmasters and it's cool to have such a program around. But I gotta agree with you, their support isn't among the best ones.

Who did you contact from Icq? Clement? Or someone else? I have been in contact with Clement and so far, even if he takes time to answer, he does answer.

I fill contact form 2 times (1st - two weeks ago , 2nd - 1 week ago)
and contacted Clement on ICQ. He got my message and all he said was "hey" ....

Hit him up again! He's a busy guy. Also, make sure about time zones too. I also had him do the "hey" thing but hitting him up again laters, he answered me.

Month or so ago, I wanted to check stats and saw something like: "Your old account is closed and you need to open another because we changed payment system (or some other system)". I saw that when I came to their site, they didn't inform me by e-mail, so I promoted them with old codes for a while. Luckily I didn't promote them too much, or I'll go nuts with code changing. :) I wrote them, but I got simple "Open new account" type message. |crazy|

In mid-July, I had an email from them about a security increase and got noticed that their databases had changed the it handled authentication. Most got recovered but some got corrupted. Yours might have been corrupted I suppose that's why they told you to make a new one.
