linking my splogs together?

Lets say I got 100 splogs in the same niche, whats the best way to link them together, just some random shit linking some of them to some of them and back, or linking them all together with eachother... or linking blog 1 to blog 2, blog 2 to blog 3, blog 3 to blog 4 and so on? Or what would be the best solution for the se's

and what if a new splog has been added to my network, if I choose the last solution should I just link the last splog in the network to the new one.

All links should be based on relevance. Use the content to link them together.

If they're splogs what's the big deal?

But if it were me I'd put all the urls in a database and write a simple script to randomly display 10-20 of them on each site.
