My coffee is already cold so Im hoping that is not a sign of what today will bring. The weather man said we could expect some snow today.. say it isnt so.

I never in my life dreamed that I would be getting up before sunrise every morning.

Never got most of what I was going to get done yesterday and instead did all kinds of things that I hadn't planned on doing like spending forever in Jo-Ann's fabrics picking out a deep burgundy pleather to redo the cushions on our dinning room chairs. Now I need to go by there to actually buy it since I wasn't sure how many yards I needed when I was there.

Doing the gym this morning and then going to try to do some of the things that I never got done yesterday in addition to all the things that need to be done today.

My friends are coming today, so, since the house still needs some cleaning and getting ready, not much work planned for today. Later a trip to the airport to pick them up and the day will be gone before I know it. I wonder how long they will stay with us, I figured at least about 4 to 6 months. Better get going if i want to get anything done.

Day started with a problem. Trackpad on my notebook stopped working and I had a hell of a time getting everything saved and closed out before restarting. Could have just turned on my bluetooth mouse but didn't think about it until I'd done everything via keyboard commands. Good news is the trackpad is working again after the restart so I'm almost back to where I was before starting on problem solving this morning. Just need to open about a dozen applications and related data files, and find my place in everything I was working on before I had to shut everything down.

Oh yeah, and I want to scan last night's chat log to see if I missed any more of that good, old-fashioned, beat up on the guy who's new and different kind of fun. (Note to those who haven't visited the chatroom: no need to fear, you really don't get jumped on just for being new and different, you'll definitely need to insult a few people first.)

It did snow/sleet/hail here yesterday and I keep hearing this fucking gas furnace firing up every 15 minutes |angry| I am so pissed that I got talked out of buying one of those little electric wall mounted water heaters. Fucking |snowman2

Yell & I enjoyed watching our Sabres beat Boston in a Shoot Out & improve to 5-0-1 for the season |thumb It was a GREAT game & it's too bad Murray didn't get to see it |couch|

Here is how much of a moron I am. I felt good getting through my anniversary on Monday. After thinking about it and talking to Greenie, I figured out that it was today. :(

Not much here other than work.

Well, just finished a cup of OJ, Im not a coffee person. And Im hitting the work trail early and often today. Doing some revamping of picstable and see what I can come up with ..be looking for submits from me today as well. Ive almost gotten myself 100% organized so I should be a bit more productive this time next week.

Greenie, keep that snow up there..its bad enough I walk the pooch in 20' weather I dont need anything else starting off my day so swell.

Good Morning to all . Not much to add nothing but work for me today then off to give out winter coats and boots at the soup kitchen again tonight. I now help out once a week at the local soup kitchen to get me out of the house and give back to the comunity.Coffee is on

Hi all,
my connection is up and down for more than 24 hr and they will come at 06 pm hopefully and bring me a new adsl modem and router, it is very annoying. I must make them activate the wireless part too and this will help. But I got my flu shot.

Hi all. I'd like to say were having a quiet day but were not. We go all week without seeing anyone then all of a sudden the door is being knocked, we have people to meet at the other house, we have details to sort out regarding this house and the phone won't stop ringing.
Sometime today I want to do some work without any interuptions but I think I'm pushing my luck to say a lot will be done the way things are shaping up.

Oh well back to the grindstone I guess. Have a good one all |thumb

Anywho...my Obama lawn sign finally arrived yesterday and it is identical to the one my neighbors already placed in my lawn after having one of their sisters steal it from someone else's lawn in Vermont. So, for all of you flagrantly racist individuals in the chat room, I now have two Obama lawn signs in my yard, a "Veterans for Obama" rally sign in my front window, two Obama bumper stickers on my truck, as well as one on my wife's car. |thumb
