can you merge old ccbill accounts

does anyone know if you can can you merge old ccbill accounts
and how to do it

Greenguy 2008-10-23 03:02 PM

Yes.

If you have the same name/contact info on each, send an email to clientsupport@ccbill.com with a list of all the account numbers & they can merge them into one (usually the lowest number)

If there's different names/contact info, you need to change that 1st & then request they be merged.

If there happens to be a few bucks in them, you have to tell them to move the $$$s over also.|whisper|

I merged a bunch of old 4-digit accounts a few months ago.|thumb

Are you fucking kidding me?

I merged 100+ accounts about 2 years ago and, silly me, I assumed the money would move over too. |pokefun||greenguy|

Looks like I'll have to make sure Paul comes back to this thread before I shoot off an angry email :)

No, I had to get them to move the $$$s seperately.|huh

Actually they ended up making a manual adjustment, after I noticed that the $$$s didn't transfer.

wait wait I'm back :)

The problem is that if there is no longer activity on an account, ie new sales, refunds etc. the funds will not be transferred over. If there is activity on an account after a merge is done the system will see this and the funds will be moved as normal. Hope that makes sense.

Anyways, just let us know and we would be happy to double check things for you.

I just sent you a PM - thanks Paul |shake|

Paul got back to me yesterday after asking for a few days because I have so many accounts and all I'm going to say is that I am very glad that I asked Paul to look into my accounts :D

If anyone has every had accounts merged, you might want to get with CCBill to see if there's any money of yours just laying around in limbo.

Thanks again Paul |thumb
