Need some advice on my blog

I added a new feature to my blog. Now, instead of my big pics linking dierectly to the sponsor fhgs, I decided to make galleries I host myself. This way I can submit them to alot more sites. What do you guys think of this move?

Also, since I want to submit these galleries, should I put a link back to my blog's main page on the gallery page?

It's a good idea and something many regular gallery submitters do.

Most TGP's won't allow you to add a link to a blog or hub on the gallery, but if the galleries are hosted on the same domain as your blog you can probably get away with putting a 'Copyright by' text in small font at the bottom of the gallery with the site name linked to the root domain. There'll be some places that still won't allow this, you will have to experiment.

Thanks for the advice
I guess I'll have to make 2 kinds of galleries. Ones that will directly on the blog and others that I will try and submit

Exactly, but they don't need to be two completly different kinds.. all you have to do is remove the link to your blog and the gallery is ready to have tgp recips inserted and submitted. :)
