E-mail Problem
 

Every now and then I send an e-mail and get this error message:

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'ladydesigner@entouch.net'. Subject 'Problem maybe?', Account: 'mail.best-wet-pussy.com', Server: 'mail.best-wet-pussy.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 authentication required', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

This happens with different e-mail addresses but why would my server reject sending the mail? |huh

your server is using smtp authentication. Most likely:

Tools, Accounts, Right-click, Properties. Click the server tab, Check the box that says 'My Server Uses Authentication'. Click the settings button, click the Radio button that says: 'Use same information as incoming'. Save the changes, close Outlook, reopen outlook and you should be able to send mail.

There's no "server" tab, just General and Advanced |huh

correction: click the email account then select properties and you will see the item to check at the bottom of the window

Instead of "Use same information as incoming" it says "My server requires authentication" and when I click the Settings button the box is clicked that says "Use same settings as my incoming mail server". Maybe it's fixed??|huh

Licker, are you just having this problem with my email address? That's my isp email. I've had a problem with it when submitting a link to We R Sex. I have to use one of my domain emails when I sub to that site or I never get the conformation email. Hope it's not something on my end but if it is, I can submit sites to you from another email. LMK

the reason you probably get this is that you have multiple email accounts set up in outlook and one of them (the one you are replying to) is missing the settings to send email out with SMTP authentication.

I would suspect that most of your mail uses a different profile than the one that is being used to reply to that mail. Maybe....
