No idea why I am not still sleeping but I have a feeling I will be napping today.

Morning all. My tests yesterday showed more good news.|bananna|

We celebrated by painting the kitchen, lol. We have been wanting to do this, but it is a challenge as our kitchen has 15' walls in some areas. We are doing a faux finish in a darker and mint green, and it looks like early American distressed wood, which is what we are going for. Then I think we will patina the door panels, and make them look like aged copper panels. If that turns out well, the kitchen cabinets are next.

We hesitated doing anything to the cabinets, but doesn't look like we will be moving anytime in the future, so figured we would do what we want.

Morning all:) the fucking temp here outside is about 0 Celsius, that so fucking cold and its snowing, only the snow melts right away when it touch the ground!
I didnt got a chanse to sleep in today...|angry|, i forgot we had to visite my hubbies niece for her birthday, so i had to get up at 9:00 this morning ...bleeekkkkkkk|angry||cry|
I still have my weekend off the net, so i am getting ready to put my lazy ass on the couch again and gonna watch some movies.|yawn|

Good morning all!

Fuck, I'm actually hung over. I only had one drink, I'm pitifully.

An old friend that has snagged herself a rich one had a birthday party at their four story immaculately decorated townhouse last night. When I grow up I also want to have an elevator in my home.

I'm really behind in work so going to try to get somewhat caught up today although I'm not holding out much hope as often on Sunday's friends start dropping by unexpected.

Well, our plan to meet-up with our friends in Vermont and then head to Boston for dinner and an over-night got royally fucked yesterday when my father's transmission shit the bed while he was delivering some of his rustic furniture. The plan was to simply go to where he was stranded and tow him myself (if it appeared safe to do so) or simply call a tow truck. But he had donated one of the pieces to an auction raising money for breast cancer (my mother had it twice) and it was the largest item donated, so I would have been a complete fucktard if I hadn't offered to take that piece off of his truck, put it in mine, and continue its course to the auction. So we did that, went back to his truck, and then towed that white trash pick-up 40 minutes back to his house. (I have to say, it amazes me that some cars can't hold the speed limit while going up hill, but that fucking Durango does so, easily, while towing a shitty old pick-up loaded with wooden furniture. I'm going to miss that V-8's roar when the oil runs out.)

By the time I arrived home, it was too late to meet up with our friends as planned, and we would have had to drive directly to Boston and hopefully find them there. I was tired, unshaved and had been grinding my teeth all morning, so we chose to stay home and go see Quantum Solace. Good flick. We we're supposed to go to dinner first, but we found ourselves watching Sophie Scholl on the Sundance Channel, so we only had time for burger death at Wendy's.

Other than that, the day was uneventful.

I'm heading over to my Dad's to watch the Bills/Chiefs "professional" football game as well as celebrate his birthday. Other than that, I've got bupkiss!

Did banking/football/groceries and ate GREAT burgers from our local bar hangout. So today all I have to do is work. I might break later to watch last week's Fringe and SOA again..since I watched it while 1/2 drunky on Friday afternoon.

So.. i hope all those testosterone charged up people will whip out their credit card (among other things) and spend lotza money today so your boxes will be full to spend megabucks (see my signature) for the HollyDaze. *whew*..that was a mouthful. |smooch|

I couldn't sleep last night so I ended up watching No Country For Old Men, I know I'm going to pay for that today by falling asleep during one of the games.

I need to get a video cut for the paysite and do husband type things around the house and whatnot so I'm not exactly how much football I'll ba able to watch today. :(

I guess that explains the ambiguously gay leotards.
