In a few hours we will be with family and friends to start getting stuffed, drunk, and watch some football. I know tomorrow is going to be recovery day, unless we start doing the same thing over again. |loony|

Dentist appointment yesterday morning has left me a little more broke. Fuck those guys charge a lot. Getting 2 crowns on 2 back teeth, one had a root canal years ago and the other beside it just needed it as well.

Usual overload of work for me. The wife is going away for the weekend tomorrow morning, going to Calgary to visit a friend.

The Bitch is already up & cooking. I have this feeling that I need to get up there shortly & start setting up tables & whatnot (Hi Torn |waves|) so that I'm not annoyed during the football games.

I think everyone is coming over around 2 with dinner at 3. With any luck, they'll be gone by 4 |couch|

Gonna be going over to the roomie's sister's later for a big family dinner. There will likely be two turkeys, one deep-fried and one traditional. YUM!

It's that day of horrors for us vegetarians when we get to sit around and watch everyone dissect and eat a bird along with a few other creatures.

Going up to Christine's parents place so we will both be trying to be on our best behavior as we sit amongst the crucifixes and other numerous religious artifacts that fill every room trying to act like we are just roommates. Maybe I should try to be helpful and use Simon's suggestion asking her parents if they think that they have enough toilet paper for the amount of food that her mom cooked and offer to get more if they think it is needed.

Looking forward to tomorrow and sleeping in and having nothing at all to do.

Having dinner at a friend's place later today so I'm missing all of the smells of food cooking here. Headed over there around 4, dinner by 5, and back here for nap time an hour after dinner's over.

We're going to tent city today (one of areas where the homeless gather) to drop off 20 gallons of water with 5.00 mcdonald's cards and some schwaggy type stuff collected over the year. Keeps me and my son humble.

We're having cocktails with friends then off to the movies and the Salt Lick Buffet @ Redrock all via taxi since I know there will be bloody marys involved.

Happy Turkey DAY

Gobble Gobble.

We live in a gated preserved slightly-rural area so we have critters you don't normally see in the suburbs. Yesterday I saw about 10 wild turkeys walking down the street in front of our house. I went to take a picture but by the time I grabbed the camera and got back to wgere I could see them, I could only see one turkey and he was on the roof of my neighbors 2 story house. And yes, for those of you that don't know, turkeys can fly.

Anyways, I'm sure the turkeys are in hiding today. Nothing but watching the games and doing all the dinner clean-up on tap for me.

See sig. I just spent some time replacing the banners of a sponsor who I had dedicated my best banner spots to. I don't know when, but they decreased their join price which, of course, decreases my earnings. I'd LOVE to advertise one of those BIG $35 PPS/$1 trial multi-pass sites, but I can't find one that has any banners worth a damn - and I think you know that I'm unwilling to create my own or write more than 5 words of advertising text.

I'm told that it's Thanksgiving, so here are the things that I'm thankful for:
A functioning colon.
A semi-functioning penis.
A dog that is willing to eat cat vomit, which makes clean-up much faster.
Two kids who refuse to apply themselves, yet squeak by with straight As.
A wife with a good sense of humor and incredible restraint.

Happy Thanksgiving day to all people:) and goodmorning:) its 5:52 afternoon here and i have spent my day with the hubby! Hubby took me to Scheveningen (a word MMl cant pronouched and not only MML:D) Its an populair beach place in Den Haag.Ofcourse it was freaken cold, but i love to walk on the beach, cold or not, we also had lunch in a restaurant on poles in the sea (i probably explain it wrong, but we had lunch above the sea:D) now the best part of that day was: we walking at the beach, wearing thick warm clothes....a cold hard wind, a temp of about 3 C celsius, (F37) and then suddenly seeing 2 guys, about age 25, running totally nekkid into the cold sea:D...to fucking funny specially when they came out of the water.....i thought it where girls with no boobs, i laughed my butt off, some people where shocked, because yes its forbidden to swim nekkid there, but hell in that cold swimming and also nekkid:D
It was fun to see the look on their face when they went into the cold sea......hubby keep saying :" NO you found it fun to look at their nekkid body!" oke that was also fun:D
My day isnt over yet, we are going out this eve also, where too? i realy dont know, its again a surprise!

Enjoy the day people, good thing that you're really celebrating the holiday unlike other countries which is not giving important to this kind of season.

After 3 weeks we finally got our new bedroom set yesterday so we spent about 4 hours unpacking and putting it togeather and the worse of it, cleaning up the boxes and styrofoam, 6 large garbage bags full of crushed styrofoam and 6 large bundles of cardboard will be sitting in our garage for another week since yesterday was garbage day as well.

I must say I am very impressed with the construction of the bed, very solid and it should last for the rest of our lives.

Now we just need to get use to sleeping 5' off the floor, that ceiling fan isn't as far away as it use to be and is kinda scary to wake up to.

I started my day by having a turkey sandwich for breakfast :D

I was a vegetarian for 12 years so today really is about all the side stuff and pie, not about the turkey. I will enjoy turkey sandwiches for a week or so.

All my kids will be here including some girlfriends of theirs plus my in-laws so I actually am pretty damn happy about today. Have a good one!
