Erotic Stories -- Blog or Free Site?
 

Hey all,
I'm debating the best way to market erotic stories. I'm under the impression that erotic stories can't be sold on pay-sites, so I've ruled that out. I know there are pros and cons of both blogs and free sites, but I'd like an opinion of somebody who knows more about the business and preferably the niche.

The content will be all unique, written in-house by us. We're planning on a daily story, or two. On a free site we imagine sending them to a mailing list and posting them on the site every day, and on a blog we imagine throwing them on a new post every day.

Could anybody offer some insight please? :)

Unique stories can be promoted via the hun, outbound links going to a sponsor that is in the same niche. Another option is using them in a blog with cam sites or phone sex as possible sponsors.

Just publish once a day and give advertising for cams and phones. It you do not mind I have some interesting content 4 u to promote... we ciould anyway give a try ... if interested, write me

Hmm well unique blog posts are generally small stories describing a sponsor gallery, so you could use your stories on a blog as excerpts from a larger story you're marketing, or use them to promote sponsors like the rest of us. Either way I think you'd do very well.

You might want to consider building an AVS site with your unique stories, and run it like a paysite, then build galleries / free sites with teaser parts of the stories to upsell to it. I have an erotic story avs site, and thats what I do. |thumb
