Build directory site, mostly for seo. Is there script?

I have 2 domains perfect for webcamtraffic. But I need to set up some kind of portal. I am looking for some good script that can do that. Where I can work from a database and not have to make everything in html. I suck at programming so I cant make something like this on my own. :(

Any ideas of scripts for this, free or not free does not matter.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but it is good software: PHP Link Directory.

Do a board search on this one, you'll find plenty of reasons not to use that script

I did that once with Duncan Carver's LMA (LinkManagementAssistant) -- terrible terrible idea! Deeply regret I ever saw the thing.

Check out esyndicat: http://www.esyndicat.com/demo/

That's what I use for www.easymama.com/linklist/ I've got nothing but good shit to say about this script...a lot of people use something called dragon links or something like that...I've never tried it...esyndicat rocks...at least for me... =)
