How long does it take Epassporte to place funds in your account once a sponsor has paid you?

Once the sponsor puts you on the payment process list, they mark your account as "payment made", but it could take a day until the payment is actually processed and your money arrives in your epassporte account.

It happend to me once and I asked the sponsor about this. I hope this helps. |thumb

Thank you all. I suppose I should ask a certain sponsor why an Epass payment shows up in my "payment history," yet it has never arrived in my account.

for me it always happens in real time sending or receiving

I've found that when it's renew card time that happens, and there wasn't enough to cover it, so when you get paid and owe epass money for that you dont see the money in your account,

thats what happened to me just not long ago, I had pennies in my epass account and got paid a small amount for a sponsor and epass took it and I didnt see the money in my account, then I went digging and found I owed them for my card renewel

The money was there this morning. I assume it was a matter of the sponsor reporting that they've paid-out before they actually had.

The sponsor probably had to create a payout file to send off to ePass, and then ePass had to process it.

It either instant or can take up to 3 hours depending on how the sponsor sends the money.
With the batch sending option it takes up to 3 hours and this is the way most sponsors sends money.

I'm guessing that the sponsor had to put funds into their ePass account before processing the ePass payments to affiliates.

I have one sponsor that pays me via ePass and the sponsor admin always shows payment processed on the 1st, but payment doesn't usually appear in my ePass until about the 4th.
