Multiuse blogs

I have a question... how can I use only one color version of a multiuse blog? I got one, it looks great but should I separate the one I fell in love with somehow?
http://www.citrustheme.com/ and I am fond of the Tangerine version only... they have a little vid aout it but the fonts are too small and I am not able to see and read it properly.
The new wp 2.7 s so confusing :(

According to that page they have a Theme Options Page where you just choose the color version... that will most likely be under 'Appearance' ont he left sidebar of WP 2.7
