Linking to my other free sites = sponsor links?
 

Dear link list owners,

I wanted to know if making links to my other free sites(a toplist kinda style listing of them) would be regarded as outgoing sponsor links if those sites where free sites already listed in your link directories? I want increase page rank and thought that this would be a nice way of doing it and at the same time get the surfer to other niches they could be interested in.

The traffic would be circled among my free sites but also in my mind increase traffic to your link lists as well due to the fact that your links are on all my sites....

Well the fact is I wanted to know before doing something that would prevent me getting listed!

I am pretty sure that every link not going to content on the freesite you submit or to a 2257-page will count as an outgoing link.

But this interlinking is what we use the hub for now, you can link to your hub from all submitted freesites (use one link of the three allowed on one page) and have your hub link to all your freesites.

Any link on the page - not including actual reciprocal links is counted as an outbound link. Most Link Lists allow 3 per page.

Put one on your hubs.

Sodo, what Sheep Guy is suggesting goes back to the Top Level Domain discussion... If you link back to your hub from your submitted free site, then the list of all your sites will be available to the surfers who click. Hope you can see now how that works. |thumb

I see how that would work, I was thinking about putting a "So you didn't find what you were looking for" link at the bottom of my main pages(instead of a sponsor link) linking to my hub.

So just to be absolutely clear about hubs: A hub is a site containing your free sites and sponsor ads, and nothing more?
