Are using strap-ons prostitution?

She has received a lot of requests to use strap-ons on her subs. She is concerned that this could be prostitution. Are there any adult lawyers on here, or can someone provide me with (a site) with information as to if this is or isn't prostitution, so I can give her a definite answer?

Ask a lawyer in her locale not a message board...not being rude, but just truthful
Laws (and their interpretation of them) are different in every community

I guess it depends on if she is charging her subs or not? I assume she is. But again the best thing to do is ask a local lawyer.
